Fresh and Local was started by John and Meredith in 2003 to showcase original cuisine made from delicious organic produce available from area farms.

John and Meredith met in 2000 at an organic grocer in New York where John

was selling his prized produce and Meredith was a favorite customer. From

that day forward they have been inseparable. Their partnership has created a

wonderful experience for all of us, a Fresh and Local experience.
